Notes Client 6.5 Windows 2000


When I receive a new mail, my inbox is automatically refreshed and I can see the new mail in red in my mailbox.
One user here, with the same client version (6.5), has the problem that his Notes does not auto refresh when mail arrives.
In his user preferences is stated that Notes checks for mail every 5 minutes and that the inbox should automatically refresh, but still it doesn't.

Any ideas?
